Bless Stories India is the consciously curated world of award-winning retailer, stylist, author and holistic practitioner Ashlyn Gibson.
Ashlyn’s newest project Bless Stories India takes a soulful approach to creation and collaboration. The project is moving with the intention towards a shared dream between Ashlyn in London and Shruti Khandewal in Delhi. The vision - a dedicated workshop in Jaipur, home to empowerment, respect and sisterhood. The collection of handpicked vintage Kantha quilts selected for their hue and intricacies will turn your home into a textile haven.
One-of-a-kind unstructured jackets made in India from an array of indigo overprinted printed kantha partner up with your daily denims each bringing a distinct personality. Try on the Bless reversible coat and, choose a kantha quilt from the collection on offer and wait for your jacket made in London to arrive through the post.
A textile collaboration with Norfolk-based designer Wildwoodmaker focuses on the challenge of using even the smallest remnants from the workshop floor. Doll maker Sara Sherriff handcrafted a limited edition character from leftover Kantha. The dolls will be making their debut at the Selvedge Winter Fair 2025.
