How to Make The Argyll Quilt with Jenni Smith

The Argyll Quilt alludes to the black and white exterior of the store. I have combined Log Cabin and Courthouse Step blocks to mirror the structure of the timber frames and leaded windows which decorate the fa ade. To add a modern twist, I transformed the red centre of the log cabin–which historically alludes to a home’s hearth–into a heart. For me, this symbolises that the Liberty Store is the heart of Liberty Fabrics and the spiritual home of Liberty fans worldwide.
