Shawl handwoven in cotton yarns for warp, weft and extra-weft – 36” x 86” – Border design inspired from a traditional blanket shawl while the allover design motifs are contemporary. The warp and weft yarns are dyed in natural indigo, while the extra weft yarns have been dyed in lac, catechu, acacia and pomegranate.
Woven over a period of 3 and a half months.
