In celebration of Khadi London’s 10-year anniversary, we are pleased to host a one-day symposium as part of Selvedge Textile Month in London.
Key Features:
● Presentation: A presentation reflecting on Khadi London’s 10-year journey, evolving from fabric suppliers to a knowledge hub in regenerative textiles. The presentation will showcase key case studies, impactful collaborations, and the vision for our work.
● Panel Discussions: Expert-led conversations on the history, significance, and future of native fibres/wool in India and the UK. Themes will include shared challenges and possible solutions, global collaboration, innovation, and cultural preservation.
● Spinning Circle: A participatory session where attendees can experience the art of
hand-spinning.
