Description (story of the item): This gauze-like huipil is dyed with the pericon plant, a healing herb, with designs in indigo. It is woven on backstrap loom by Mixtec weavers and carries their iconography such as the ‘guajalote bicefalo’(two headed turkey) which is the Yin and Yang of the Mixtec people! It goes great as a beach cover up or add jeans or a skirt and it can go from day to night! Great for your upcoming beach vacation!
