Millicent Sanders is a textile designer specialising in knit, based in Yorkshire, UK. Working as a freelance designer and knitted textile consultant her process involves swatching and developing knitted fabrics, curating colour and texture collections, creating knitwear patterns to produce custom and limited edition pieces.
Colour, texture and shapes are her narrative nd they flow into everything she does, from painting to making. After studying Textile Design at Central Saint Martins, Millicent is well-versed in machine knitting and linking (both domestic and industrial), hand knitting and crochet.
