Passent Nossair World Craft Council -Africa Vice President
She has been enchanted by art and craft since childhood. She studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cairo, and exhibited her work in several art exhibitions. Nossair has worked as a Handicrafts Business Development Consultant and Designer since 2004. She has wide experience of multicultural models in handicrafts development, and has conducted study tours in Egypt, Morocco, Italy, India, China, Zambia and Uzbekistan. She has headed the Handicrafts unit at the Egyptian Ministry of Trade and Industry, and worked as an advisor and designer on an Inter-Cultural Handicraft project developed to help refugees from Syria and Africa.
